As a Product Manager, you’ll lead the vision, design, and delivery of these agents – shaping how they learn, what they solve, and how they evolve.
What you own
- End-to-end ownership of AI agents from ideation to rollout.
- A dynamic environment where experiments drive progress – no stagnation, no copy-paste.

- Strategic influence: you won’t just contribute, you’ll define the direction of automation in video advertising.
Activities
- Drive AI adoption across the platform, fostering confidence and trust in automated workflows.
- Build fleets of AI Agents: prototype, design, and roll out multi-agent systems across the video advertising campaign lifecycle.
- Enable media automation: identify opportunities where AI reduces manual effort, increases speed, and improves accuracy.
- Understand real-world AdOps problems: translate them into agent-driven solutions.
- Continuously optimize agent performance through measurable outcomes and feedback loops.
Requirements
- Bring AdTech and AdOps expertise – ideally with experience on the supply side.
- Have hands-on experience with AI products and automations, from prototypes to production.
- Combine technical fluency with strategic thinking – balancing detail with vision. You understand APIs, data flows, and system integration.
- Can translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements.
You are skilled at stakeholder management and driving alignment across cross-functional teams. - Carry a growth mindset: curious, fast, pragmatic, and hands-on. You thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments where ambiguity is the norm and experimentation is expected.
