The division ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions EMEIA leads the development of access solutions in homes, businesses and institutions through 13 Market Regions across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

To further continue the innovative and growth-oriented strategy, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality as Product Manager / Business Development Manager (f/m/d) EMEIA. You will be working home-office based – ideally close to one of our sites in Berlin (Germany), Stockholm (Sweden), Graz (Austria), or Woking (UK).


The tasks

  • You will become part of the leading company in access solutions and create a direct impact on ASSA ABLOY´s market leadership.
  • As a key member within the EMEIA team, you manage the associated portfolio by defining product strategies and driving innovations.
  • You will interact with a wide range of stakeholders in product management, sales and R&D to create an aligned approach and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Evaluating market intelligence, interacting with key clients and managing projects and their roll-out will also be part of this diverse responsibility.
  • You will report directly to the SVP & Head of Mechanical Core at EMEIA level.
  • Your contributions will directly impact the growth and leadership of ASSA ABLOY, and your visibility within the company.

Your profile

  • We are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable working across multiple cultures, and who brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and hands-on mentality.
  • A background in business development, product management or sales within the building industry is a strong asset.
  • In-depth understanding of market trends and client needs to develop strategic plans.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both commercial and technical matters with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves daily interaction with a wide range of stakeholders within ASSA ABLOY.
  • You should also be prepared to travel within EMEIA and occasionally outside this geographic area. A background in international settings is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in another major European language is a plus.
