YOUR JOB

As Product/Project Lead (f/m/x) you are responsible for managing customer projects in the digital solutions domain (budget, time, scope, resources). In this role, you will act as the interface between the project team and the client.

Your job’s key responsibilities are:

• Developing a shared project vision with the customer; you will also advise the customer by identifying and leveraging potentials

• Being an active part of the delivery team and participating as the Product Owner in the scrum-process

• Gathering and describing concrete requirements (user stories) and maintaining the product backlog

• Creating project plans (using tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards)

• Managing resources, including staffing plans and budgeting

• Ensuring the achievement of customer value and implementation quality

• Ensuring economic and technological sustainability

• Preparing reliable monthly financial reports and forecasts as as well as being responsible for ongoing project controlling and budget execution

• Working in an international team, implementing innovative, sustainable solutions for international customers

YOUR SKILLS

Essential Skills:

• 3+ years of work experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Project Manager

• Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1 level) and German (C2 level)

• Knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban

• Experience with business aspects in project management

• Open, communicative and balanced personality

• Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel (approx. 15% of working hours)

Beneficial Skills:

• Completed studies in the field of software or business (TU, FH or similar)

• Professional experience in the area of customer experience, web & mobile

• Economic responsibility in a project

• Practical experience with agile methods such as Scrum

• Experience with technical frameworks in the area of Customer Experience, Web & Mobile and a basic technical understanding in the dedicated area
