Join our Program Services & Operations team as a

(m/f/x, full-time, 40 hrs./week, starting from October 2025, unlimited)

and help shape the future by bringing your expertise and passion to ESMT.

• You will manage the program planning process and organize regular planning review rounds
• You assess feasibility of new and revised programs against ESMT resources
• You partner with program directors and teams, serving as a trusted advisor
• You design, optimize, and finalize program schedules; secure faculty and room availability
• You work in unison with fellow planners to ensure seamless cross-program performance
• You ensure consistency in record keeping across internal systems
• You continuously evaluate and identify improvements in operational efficiency

Potential for role expansion: support the Director, Program Services and Operations with data management projects that improve the technological infrastructure; build expertise in tools that handle program data (e.g., database management); lead on new projects such as the introduction of scheduling software, and a school-wide calendar.

• You have a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience; ideally (but not a must) in resource planning processes and/or managing education programs
• You are analytical and enjoy optimising processes and procedures
• You are comfortable working with complexity
• You balance big picture thinking with detail orientation
• You have proven process and project management skills
• You have excellent communication skills, able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• You like to work in an international environment, and are fluent in English
