EcoBeam GmbH is a Hamburg/Berlin-based company working at the intersection of
digital innovation and community-focused services. We operate two core ventures:
• Buddyp2p – a peer-to-peer platform enabling flexible sharing of parking spaces
and workspaces.
• EcoBeam Studio – a digital agency providing branding, marketing, and content
services for family-owned businesses in Germany.
In addition, we collaborate with exciting partners such as Sozialo, a Berlin-based event
organiser developing a next-gen ticketing platform to improve party experiences.

Project Management Intern

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to join our team in Berlin. In

this role, you’ll support a variety of marketing-focused projects across our ventures and

partner initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with our core team and external partners to

move projects forward — from content planning and campaign coordination to hands-on

execution.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for Buddyp2p,
• EcoBeam Studio, and Sozialo
• Coordinate project timelines, meetings, and deliverables across multiple teams
• Assist in content creation, campaign planning, and communication workflows
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and make sure nothing falls through the
• cracks
• Support with presentations, reporting, and internal documentation

What We’re Looking For

• You are currently enrolled in a university program that requires a mandatory full-
• time internship
• You’re curious about marketing, communications, and digital platforms
• You’re reliable, organised, and proactive in your work
• You enjoy working with different teams and communicate clearly
• You’re fluent in English; German skills are a plus
• You’re available onsite in Berlin for the entire internship duration
