Your tasks:

• Accompanying and supporting IT transformation projects across all project phases - from planning to implementation
• Recording, structuring and analyzing requirements from the specialist departments (requirements management)
• Advising and supporting the specialist departments in the selection, evaluation and implementation of new software solutions
• Coordinating internal and external project participants and taking on classic PMO activities (project planning, reporting, status tracking)
• Preparation and implementation of workshops, meetings and coordination in the context of IT transformation
• Supporting divisional management with conceptual and operational tasks in the transformation environment (e.g. scheduling, decision papers)
• IT-side support for the integration of European Group units as part of the Group-wide transformation, including harmonization of systems, processes and interfaces

What you bring with you:

• Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT project management, ideally in the context of IT transformations or software implementations
• Sound knowledge of requirements management and collaboration with specialist departments
• Practical experience with project management methods (classic and/or agile)
• Confident handling of common project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Confluence, Jira, Excel etc.)
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working and a high degree of initiative
• Strong communication and moderation skills as well as a confident manner at all hierarchical levels
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
