Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role demands expertise in event management, business development, and digital project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing decks, presentations, reports, project tracker sheets, project master documents, P&L statements, project budgets, and efficient communication with project stakeholders and designers.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and documentation.
• Create and manage project tracker sheets and master documents.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning and execution.
• Handle onsite event management, including setup, execution, and post-event activities.
• Develop business opportunities and drive project initiatives.
• Prepare P&L statements and project budgets.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure timely updates and storage of project-related documents.
• Efficiently manage task delegation and workflow using PM tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote events and projects.
• Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring engagement and growth.
• Availability to travel and work onsite for events as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven track record with 2+ years of experience in project management, event management, business development, and digital project execution.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PM tools and software.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid working permit in Germany.
• Immediate availability to start on July 1, 2024.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.
