For a cultural association in the Berlin area, we are looking for a dedicated personality to manage our diverse real estate portfolio – consisting of residential and commercial properties including gastronomy. As a Property Manager, you will take responsibility and actively shape the further development of our properties.

• Independent management of a real estate portfolio (residential and commercial properties including gastronomy)
• Support and communication with tenants, including contract management, handovers, and complaint handling
• Planning, tendering, coordination, and supervision of maintenance and repair works
• Management and oversight of external service providers (caretakers, contractors, facility services)
• Preparation of budgets, operating cost statements, and reports
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements as well as quality and safety standards
• Participation in modernization and optimization projects to maintain and enhance property value

• Completed education or degree in Real Estate / Property Management or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in property management or real estate administration
• Solid knowledge of tenancy law, contract management, and financial processes
• Strong organizational skills with a high degree of personal responsibility and assertiveness
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with tenants, owners, and service providers
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
