Quality Assurance as an Integral Part of Development

• Contribute to the test strategy and test plans to ensure the highest software quality
• Work closely with developers to promote a Shift-Left Testing mindset
• Implement quality assurance measures throughout the entire software development lifecycle

• Develop and maintain automated tests for frontend and API testing
• Ensure seamless integration of tests into our CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
• Optimize and continuously improve test automation
• Apply modern test automation approaches to ensure efficient and scalable test solutions

• Conduct exploratory and manual tests to identify potential weaknesses
• Analyze and document defects, working closely with developers to resolve them
• Support developers with root cause analysis and debugging

• Contribute to the development of company-wide QA standards and test automation strategies
• Evaluate and implement new testing technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with quality guidelines across the team

Was Du mitbringst:

Technical Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and test automation
• Strong knowledge in UI and API testing
• Experience with CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps) and their integration with test automation
• Solid knowledge of API testing (REST) using tools like Postman
• Understanding of modern test automation approaches
• Experience with Docker and containerized test environments
• Basic programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#
• Experience with agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban)

• Strong quality awareness and analytical thinking
• Ability to structure and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality
• Proactive mindset and willingness to drive innovation in test automation
• High level of independence and self-reliant working style
• You speak fluent Swedish and English
