• Working in tandem with a programmer on exploratory testing of new language functionality as well as changes (warnings, deprecations) to the existing functionality.
• Testing new language constructs.
• Searching for and localizing bugs, submitting the results to our issue tracker, and doing regression testing for code fixes.
• Taking part in planning, including creating plans for testing the corresponding changes.
• We expect our new teammate to be comfortable working independently and good at managing tasks. They should be prepared to explore and analyze the subject area while applying their knowledge to search for and highlight existing and potential problems. We'll be happy to have you on our team if you're not afraid of learning new things, showing initiative, and taking charge. Do you have experience in Maven?, * Familiarity with Kotlin as a programming language as well as knowledge of its features and how they combine and interact. Knowledge of other programming languages would be a plus.
