Your tasks:

• You will be the digital contact for our premium recruiting clients and determine their detailed staffing needs.
• You will work closely with the Social Media Performance department to develop suitable social media recruiting campaigns to reach suitable candidates.
• You will research markets, companies, and candidates and process incoming applications.
• You will identify suitable candidates within our online and offline networks and contact them directly using various tools.
• You will screen candidates by phone, introduce them to our clients, and support the entire recruiting process up to placement.

Your profile:

• You are interested in innovative recruiting for clients in the construction, trades, electrical engineering, and logistics sectors and are motivated to recruit for other industries as well.
• You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• You enjoy communicating with different people and people types.
• You can communicate eloquently in German: in person, by phone, and via email.
