My forward-thinking client are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IC Layout Engineer to support the development of high-speed integrated circuits for next-generation communication systems.

• Develop physical layouts for integrated circuits used in advanced high-speed data communication systems

• Conduct verification at both block and top levels to ensure:

• Alignment with schematics

• Compliance with fabrication and reliability standards

• Participate in cross-functional collaboration with hardware and systems teams

• Apply standardised design practices to support efficient and consistent development workflows

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Solid experience in physical layout of RF or mixed-signal integrated circuits

• Skilled in using industry-standard tools for IC design (e.g., Cadence or similar platforms)

• In-depth understanding of layout flows optimised for manufacturability and long-term reliability

• Familiarity with advanced semiconductor technologies is a bonus

• Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving capabilities

• Comfortable working in collaborative, fast-paced environments

• Clear communicator with strong English skills (German is advantageous)
