We are looking for you to join Helios Service Center Entgelt GmbH at our growing locations in Berlin (at Helios Klinikum Berlin-Buch and Weißensee Pasedagplatz) as a Payroll Administrator / Payroll Accountant (m/f/d ) as soon as possible.

• Ensuring legally compliant recording of all payroll-relevant master and transaction data of employees
• Responsibility for payroll accounting including all subsequent processes
• Independent implementation of quality and process controls: Ensuring internal compliance
• Contact person (m/f/d) for employees, specialist departments and interfaces for all payroll accounting issues
• Proactive support with tax audits and year-end closing work including data preparation and documentation
• Helping to shape and develop : Room for your own ideas and driving digitalization forward

• Qualifications : completed commercial or business administration training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in payroll accounting , ideally in service center structures with sound knowledge of social security and payroll tax law as well as collective agreements
• Confident use of payroll accounting systems , e.g. P&I LOGA and proficient in MS Office 365 (especially Excel)
• Analytical thinking and detail orientation paired with high loyalty, commitment, the ability to tackle challenges and strong teamwork skills, i.e. cooperative collaboration, open communication and constructive conflict resolution in a team context
• Strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude , a confident manner and a high level of social competence and enjoy interacting with employees and partners
