About the Opportunity
We are recruiting a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for one of Berlin’s most successful tech scaleups. After securing significant venture funding and establishing a dominant market position, they are expanding their GTM engine to dominate the European market. This is a high-visibility role where you will be trained by seasoned sales leaders to become a world-class revenue driver.
Tasks
The Role
As an SDR, you are the engine of the sales funnel. You will be responsible for identifying high-value accounts, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, and creating the first spark of interest with C-suite executives and decision-makers. You will work in a high-density talent environment where data-driven iteration and a "growth mindset" are the default.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Research and identify Tier-1 accounts, mapping out organizational structures to find the right entry points.
- Multichannel Outreach: Execute high-touch outbound campaigns via cold calling, personalized video, LinkedIn, and email.
- Qualification & Discovery: Lead initial conversations to uncover pain points and qualify opportunities for the Account Executive (AE) team.
- Sales Excellence: Master the sales playbook and proactively contribute to refining scripts, objection handling, and outreach sequences.
- CRM Integrity: Maintain high data standards in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure a seamless handoff and accurate forecasting.

- Profile: Recent graduate from a top-tier university or 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (Startup, Consulting, or Recruitment).
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and persuasion skills. You can distill complex value propositions into simple, compelling messages.
- Languages: Native-level German is mandatory, plus fluent English.
- Agility: You learn fast, crave feedback, and can adapt to a product and market that evolves rapidly.
