Tasks

ABOUT THE ROLE

Since our launch in March 2021, we have successfully acquired +150 reputable customers like Hubspot, HRS, Forto, Freshworks, and many others. We have moved from founder-driven sales to a structured, playbook-based B2B sales model. You will be responsible for creating a reliable revenue pipeline by focusing exclusively on our academy business line. Your key metric: Scheduled product demos for your senior sales colleagues.

You will be part of the B2B sales team, working closely with one of our founders, playing an essential role in qualifying great future companies whose existing sales teams can benefit from our recognized sales training program.

We're looking for 3 key skills: curiosity, coachability, and the willingness to learn what it takes to be successful. Additionally, you need to fully identify with our mission to enable people to find a career they love.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate high-quality demo meetings for your sales colleagues to drive our academy revenue.
  • Research and validate leads that correspond to our ideal customer profile and buying personas (B2B tech) for our academy service line: training of companies’ existing sales teams.
  • Reach out to new as well as existing leads via all available channels: phone, email, video, LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound as well as outbound leads for fit with hyrise’ value proposition.
  • Work with our CRM (Hubspot) for communication documentation, pipeline and task management.
  • Closely work and communicate with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and Talent.

Requirements

IS THIS YOU?

  • Experience working with people - regardless of the industry (e.g. healthcare, retail, hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, product sales etc.).
  • Plus: Experience working in B2B sales for + 1 year. Experience in working with a CRM, ideally Hubspot.
  • Native level German (C2). Fluent in English (B2+).
  • Curious and hungry for feedback. You truly want to find out about people’s challenges. Improving to become the best possible professional you can be motivates you.
  • Hungry to learn and curious to grow. We're looking for attitude. If you get up in the morning feeling positive, ready to hustle, and excited to face new challenges - we want you on our team.
  • Passionate about people. We're in this to change people's lives. We want people that are genuinely interested in people and their stories.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote and rapidly changing environment.
