Sales Manager:in Cybersecurity for Europe (f/m/x), 80-100%
What's it about?
- Development and implementation of a strategic sales plan: identification of key customers, business opportunities and appropriate measures to achieve goals
- Responsibility for regional sales activities in the area of cybersecurity solutions – with a clear focus on market needs and corporate objectives
- Monitoring industry trends, customer requirements and competitive situation to further develop sales strategy and product optimization
- Central contact person for cybersecurity topics in the respective sales area, including technical advice and tailor-made solutions for customers
- Development, management and evaluation of sales partners to expand market coverage and increase sales performance
- Collaboration with application engineers on product presentations and on-site demonstrations
- Generation and support of project-based business opportunities, e.g., tenders and offers
What do you bring with you?
- Completed technical training or relevant professional experience in IT, cybersecurity or engineering
- Sales experience, ideally in the OT/IT cybersecurity or technology sector
- Experience in the energy industry, particularly in the energy supply sector
- Strategic thinking combined with excellent technical sales and presentation skills
- A passion for innovation and the willingness to continuously improve processes and results
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 40%)
