What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize targeted sales campaigns, including seasonal pushes, product launches, upsells, and reactivation initiatives.
• Develop campaign structures such as target lists, cadences, messaging, and incentive frameworks.
• Track campaign performance in real time, adjusting tactics and sharing best practices across markets.
• Build dashboards, lead-quality analyses, and post-campaign insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Support forecasting and pipeline modeling while ensuring smooth handoffs between Marketing and Sales.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Campaign Planning (D2C/e-commerce a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce) and BI tools.
• Proven experience designing and executing measurable sales or marketing campaigns.
• Fluent English (C1+) with a proactive, structured, and collaborative working style.
