Your Role

As a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant , you will help businesses leverage their customer data to deliver personalized experiences at scale. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring data is integrated, actionable, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Consulting

• Partner with clients to understand their customer data challenges and business goals.
• Design data strategies to enable personalized customer experiences and loyalty initiatives.
• Provide best practices for managing, unifying, and activating customer data.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Implement Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data across multiple sources and systems.
• Design and configure data models, identity resolution, and advanced segmentation.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.

Analytics & Insights

• Build advanced reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights from customer data.
• Use AI-powered analytics to optimize customer journeys, engagement, and retention.
• Develop strategies to measure and enhance customer lifetime value and other key metrics.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, strategists, and creatives, to deliver seamless solutions.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for clients to maximize their understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce Data Cloud and customer data platforms.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or other customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and identity resolution.
• Proficiency in data integration techniques, including APIs, connectors, and middleware.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud integrations.

Data & Analytical Skills

• Expertise in data analytics, segmentation, and AI-driven insights.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and other database query languages.
• Strong understanding of data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Language

• Business fluent German and very good English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications in Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Experience with other data tools or platforms (e.g., Tableau, MuleSoft, or Snowflake).
• Background in loyalty, CRM, or retention marketing.
