As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will be the technical lead for all DevOps initiatives related to our Salesforce ISV Partner project.
You will architect, implement, and maintain automated solutions for package generation, deployment pipelines, and compliance management while ensuring seamless integration with our development workflows.
This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce DX, package management, and DevOps best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
We hire only in Poland, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, Montenegro.

Key Responsibilities
- Package Management & Automation
- Design and implement automated Salesforce package generation pipelines using SF CLI and metadata APIs
- Develop and maintain package versioning strategies for managed and unmanaged packages
- Automate package dependency management and conflict resolution
- Implement package validation and testing workflows in CI/CD pipelines Manage package installation and upgrade processes across multiple orgs
- Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD
- Architect and maintain comprehensive CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development using GitHub Actions
- Implement automated testing frameworks including unit tests, integration tests, and deployment validation
- Design and maintain multi-environment deployment strategies (Dev, Test, Staging, Production)
- Automate metadata deployment and rollback procedures Implement source control best practices and branching strategies using Git
- ISV Partner Compliance & TMO Management
- Manage and automate TMO (Trialforce Managemenet Organization) provisioning and configuration
- Implement automated compliance checks for ISV partner requirements
- Design and maintain security review automation workflows
- Automate package security scanning and vulnerability assessments Implement automated documentation generation for security reviews
- Environmental Management
- Design and implement automated org provisioning and configuration
- Manage sandbox refresh automation and data seeding
- Implement environment-specific configuration management
- Automate org metadata synchronization and validation Design disaster recovery and backup automation strategies
- Monitoring & Quality Assurance
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting for deployment pipelines
- Design automated quality gates and deployment approvals
- Implement automated performance testing and optimization
- Design and maintain deployment metrics and reporting dashboards Automate code quality checks and static analysis
- Mentor development teams on DevOps best practices and Salesforce DX workflows
- Collaborate with architects and developers to optimize deployment processes
- Document and maintain DevOps procedures and runbooks
- Continuously evaluate and implement new DevOps tools and methodologies
- Lead DevOps transformation initiatives within the Salesforce development teamTeam Collaboration & Process Improvement
Skills, knowledge and expertise
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce
- Extensive experience with Salesforce DX, SF CLI, and metadata APIs
- Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Experience with package management
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Strong understanding of Git workflows and branching strategies
- Experience with GitHub Actions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange and ISV partner processes
- Knowledge of Salesforce security review automation
- Familiarity with Salesforce CLI plugins and custom commands, like sfdx-hardix, CircleCI
- Experience with Salesforce org monitoring and health check tools
- Knowledge of Salesforce data migration and ETL processes
Technical Skills
