The role
The Senior Brand Manager (HelloFresh brand), will play a dual role in shaping and executing the overall brand strategy for HelloFresh and driving the annual planning process across our International markets (16).
Reporting to the Associate Director Brand Management (HelloFresh), the Senior Brand Manager will support development of the central marketing plan and build strong working relationships with local Brand Leads to drive growth and strengthen the brand in their respective markets. They will play a pivotal role in bringing to life our new brand positioning working closely with the campaigns team, creative team, media, global customer insights, product marketing and other operational marketing teams to develop and execute plans.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand equity through end-to-end 360 degree campaign development and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. We are looking for a self-starter who can quickly translate strategic priorities into tangible activities that drive meaningful growth.

What you’ll do
Strategic Brand Development:
- Support the AD Brand Management to refine the overall brand strategy for the HelloFresh brand, ensuring alignment with the company's mission, vision, and business goals.
- Embed our new brand positioning across the organisation, interfacing with cross functional stakeholders across tech, physical product, creative teams and local teams.
- Work with the Consumer Insights team to identify trends, customer needs or friction points and develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape utilizing findings to inform both strategic and tactical plans.
- Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders and local teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns and communication.
Execution & Implementation
- Embed our brand in popular culture, prioritising channels or activities that can drive a disproportionate impact in terms of buzz and talkability.
- Support the local brand teams in strengthening the HelloFresh brand to be meaningful and relevant in local markets.
- Lead and set the bar on best practice creative communication both centrally and locally. Actively consolidate past learnings, insights and external trends to ensure we deliver highly impactful and integrated campaigns, partnerships, brand influencer activities, customer testimonials etc.
- Take a leading role in bringing to life the new brand positioning across all touchpoints, evolving the HelloFresh brand identity in conjunction with creative and studio teams. Own core messaging for the brand and evolve based on data-driven decision making to fuel the pipeline for paid media.
Brand Planning:
- Support in the development of annual and long-term brand plans, outlining Jobs to Be Done, strategic initiatives and campaigns to achieve brand objectives.
- Within the context of the overarching HFG and International Marketing planning processes; lead the annual and mid-year planning process for International Brand and local markets, interfacing with Marketing Ops, Creative Ops, Intl Brand Leads and Local Brand Leads.
- Consolidating learnings and best practice sharing across markets to quickly scale.
Performance Monitoring:
- Achieve and report progress toward annual targets for both brand and partnership key performance indicators (KPIs), working with Marketing stakeholders and local Brand Leads to close gaps.
- Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to make data-driven decisions for continuous brand growth.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant university degree in Marketing, Communications Management or other related field of study.
- 6+ years' proven experience in brand management in consumer (tech) businesses, with a track record of developing highly creative and successful brand strategies that drove growth.
- Hands on experience in devising then executing impactful brand campaigns at scale.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and motivate people at all levels within international environments and across a broad variety of functions.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English
