Team mission
We are looking for an experienced producer who will manage cross-functional creative campaigns that will help inspire travelers to explore the globe through unforgettable experiences. As part of the Creative Operations & Production team within Creative Marketing, you will collaborate closely with creative leads, marketing strategists, and external vendors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. You will implement processes and systems to scale impact, elevate our brand, and ensure flawless execution across a variety of projects, from large-scale brand campaigns to events, OOH, and performance media.
The ideal candidate is a highly strategic thinker who leads with innovation, drives efficiency, and is able to align strategic goals with the team’s creative vision.
Your mission:
- Creative Production Management: Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing campaigns from concept to completion across a variety of formats like video, sound, graphics, and OOH.
- Creative Workflow Management: Build project documentation, timelines, and systems to track progress and manage risks.
- Vendor & Freelancer Management: Onboard & manage external vendors and agencies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Budgeting & Resourcing: Oversee project milestones, manage resourcing, and control production budgets to align with campaign objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the central point of contact for internal creative teams, external partners, and business stakeholders, establishing clear communication and alignment across all parties and organizing updates and reviews as needed.
- Quality & Goal Assurance: Implement processes to ensure error-free delivery, and lead feedback loops and approvals to ensure alignment throughout creative development and the achievement of campaign goals.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify and address gaps in workflows and campaign management, initiating improvements to enhance productivity.
What sets you apart:
- 6+ years of experience in campaign production, project management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels, and proven ability to work with external vendors, agencies, and production teams to deliver creative assets.
- Deep understanding of creative production processes, including digital asset creation, video editing, sound design, and OOH production; must have hands-on video production experience, including overseeing pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Exceptional organizational skills with expertise in building project management systems and workflows to efficiently manage multiple cross-functional creative projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership capabilities to coordinate teams, guide projects to successful outcomes, and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive solutions.
- Effective communicator with internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders, capable of building trust and alignment.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments (agencies or growth companies) and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills. Working proficiency in German or French is a plus.
- Social content production experience is a plus.
