Was du tun wirst

• Die wirtschaftliche Steuerung und Kontrolle unserer Tochter- und Beteiligungsgesellschaften im AD / MaaS / TaaS‑Kontext übernehmen.
• Planergebnisse analysieren, Abweichungen aufzeigen und wirksame Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung ableiten.
• Ein durchgängiges, transparentes Berichtssystem zur wirtschaftlichen Lage der Sparte aufbauen und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln – inklusive regelmäßiger Reports und Präsentationen.
• Das finanzielle Reporting aller Gesellschaft koordinieren, termingerecht sicherstellen und an interne sowie externe Stakeholder kommunizieren
• Finanzielle Ziele, KPIs und Kostenstrukturen eigenständig ableiten, abstimmen und nachverfolgen.
• Entscheidungs- und Informationsvorlagen in deutscher und vor allem auch englischer Sprache für Vorstand und Top‑Management erstellen.
• Die fachliche und finanzielle Steuerung von Beteiligungen und vollkonsolidierten Einheiten verantworten.

Was dir hilft, deine Rolle zu erfüllen

• Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Controlling, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mitbringst.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling oder Beteiligungscontrolling gesammelt hast, idealerweise im Automotiv- oder Mobilitäts-Bereich.
• Stark analytisch denkst, komplexe finanzielle Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen und verständlich aufbereiten kannst.
• Sicher in der Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen bist – auch auf Englisch.
• Gerne mit vielen Schnittstellen arbeitest und souverän zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern navigierst.
• Strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert arbeitest.
