Location: Remote with occasional on-site appointments in Berlin (Onshore, Germany)

Project context:
As part of a generative AI project, an HR chatbot ("HR Assistant") is being developed to answer employee inquiries about travel concessions. The focus is on scalability, stability, performance, and integration into the existing corporate ecosystem. The goal is to implement a robust, production-ready solution based on modern LLM architectures and RAG approaches.

Tasks:

• Architecture consulting & technical sparring for a scalable GenAI application (HR Assistant)
• Development of an operational management concept including monitoring, resource planning, security concept
• Consulting on non-functional requirements & KPIs (e.g. availability, performance, data protection)
• Prompt engineering and optimization of response quality & relevance
• Development and integration of RAG workflows including ETL pipelines and vector databases
• Support with commissioning and sustainable system management

- Risk & dependency management for technical product development

Requirements (Must-Haves):
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture and development of data-driven web and mobile applications (including Python)

• Proven practice with LLM models and their evaluation (semantic/statistical)
• Experience in the implementation of RAG applications , including ETL & text databases
• Project experience in building productive AI agents for automated information processing
• Know-how in data governance , especially data quality & access control
