• Strong experience in automating SDLC pipelines and establishing SLIs and monitoring of SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, etc.)
• Excellent experience in cloud based, distributed, highly available and fault tolerant applications.
• Strong Experience in DevOps/SRE tooling such as: Terraform, Github workflows, Prisma/Twist, XRay, Dependabot, Veracode, GSM, New Relic
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English; German language knowledge would be a plus.

As part of our new team within the Berlin Tech Hub you will be leading the effort to build out an issuing platform on GCP in close collaboration with Developers, Architects, Product Managers and platform teams.

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer (f/m/x), you will be developing end-to-end applications for merchant solutions to accomplish business goals.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, plan and lead the development of our cloud infrastructure in collaboration with the development teams.
• Ensuring compliance with EU and German regulations by EKM and ESM in GCP.
• Work with business product owners, development teams and production support to define and monitor and report SLIs and SLOs that allow us to meet our contractual SLAs.
• Shape the future of our technology stack on the cloud and applying it innovatively to solve complex problems.
• Implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Security as Code (SaC) in GCP
• Lead by example, in both software design and programming practice, to raise the capability of the entire team.
