Our Story

Founded in 2009, we’re one of the world’s leading game studios, and proud of our extremely international team, consisting of more than 60 different nations. We are part of Playtika and the global leader in the category of Hidden Object Games. With June’s Journey, we’re providing joy for millions of players around the world every day.

Our aim is to keep doing so for many more years, if not decades. In order to be able to do so, we’ve defined a distinct way of how we’re working at Wooga, so that all relevant aspects intertwine and have a positive impact on the game. About the Role

• Bring scenes to life: Take projects from rough sketches to final 2D polish using Photoshop, Blender, and in-house AI tooling.
• Create atmospheric imagery: Design images that showcase believability through compelling composition, design logic, and the expert use of value and color.
• Drive the narrative: Use your eye for mood and atmosphere (specifically lighting and color) to help tell a story and further the game's narrative.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with a dedicated team of artists, writers, game designers, and developers to create experiences that players will love.

About You

• You are a versatile artist who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and values the collective growth of the team.
• You are artistically flexible, able to adapt your style to fit the specific look and feel of each project.
• You are comfortable giving constructive notes to peers as well as receiving feedback to improve your own work.
• You have a positive attitude and are always happy to contribute ideas on how we can improve as a group.
• You manage your time well and take pride in hitting agreed-upon deadlines.
