I’m looking for an experienced Senior Controller to take on a pivotal role at the heart of my clients business, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer . This position offers strong visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to influence project and financial performance across the organization.

What you’ll do

• Lead project controlling and financial governance across complex operations and EPC projects

• Partner closely with Operations, EPC teams, and senior leadership to drive performance and transparency

• Own financial and operational reporting , including BI reports

• Oversee accounting activities and work closely with auditors and external tax advisors

• Manage and optimize workflows in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP)

• Support statutory reporting and compliance (e.g. IFRS, HGB, VAT )

• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What I’m looking for

• Strong experience as a Financial / Project Controller in a project-driven environment – Ideally Renewable Energy

• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and ERP systems

• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working with senior executives

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset

• German fluency
