Senior Frontend Developer
Join Sonova’s mission to improve lives through innovative hearing care. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you’ll help build a cross-platform mobile and web application that supports users on their hearing health journey. You’ll work in a collaborative, international team and contribute to a secure, scalable, and user-friendly digital therapeutics platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android
- Build and maintain web dashboards using Angular
- Implement responsive and accessible UIs based on UX designs
- Integrate APIs and manage secure data flows
- Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams on system design
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (GDPR, MDR, ISO 13485)
- Support testing, documentation, and verification for medical SaaS solutions
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience in mobile/web development
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Swift and/or Kotlin
- Experience publishing apps to App Store / Google Play
- Familiarity with backend tools (Node.js, Firebase, Express)
- Understanding of authentication, secure storage, and health data APIs
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile practices
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and organized
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
