Join us as a Full-stack Software Engineer (m/f/d) in our Fleet Control t eam and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!
We are the Fleet Control team, and we build the systems that enable the safe and efficient supervision of MOIA’s autonomous vehicle fleets. We provide remote operators with the awareness and tools they need to monitor fleet activity, handle incidents, and make well-informed decisions in real time. We design intuitive workflows and cohesive interfaces that bring together vehicle context, passenger information, and situational signals into a cohesive operating environment. By emphasizing usability, reliability, and clarity at scale, we bridge human decision-making and autonomous technology to ensure a smooth and trusted passenger experience.
What you will do
- Be part of a cross-functional team that owns its products end-to-end, from shaping ideas and designing solutions to implementation, operation, and continuous improvement
- Work with your teammates to develop reliable, maintainable, and well-tested software that supports the daily operations of our fleets
- Develop frontend features for our internal React-based Backoffice application
- Build self-contained, serverless backend services on AWS Lambda
- Take part in code reviews, pair programming, and ongoing efforts to improve how we build and deliver software
- Choose appropriate technologies and tools and contribute to architectural decisions
- Continuously learn and share your knowledge with others
What will help you to fulfill your role
- Experience with TypeScript and React , including modern patterns such as hooks, component composition, and type-safe development
- Ability to build backend services using TypeScript and Node.js , and a willingness to adapt and grow with our diverse tech stack
- Some experience with, or motivation to learn, AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and Step Functions, and an understanding of how to design and operate scalable serverless systems
- A structured approach to testing and code quality , with experience using frameworks such as Vitest, Playwright, or similar
- Strong communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset , comfortable working in complex domains and evolving environments
- Openness to feedback, a collaborative mindset, and fluent English communication
