About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (m/f/d) to shape and elevate the Libra brand across all marketing touchpoints. You’ll create high-impact visual assets that strengthen brand recognition, support commercial goals, and bring campaigns to life, from digital to print, from product storytelling to event experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product.
What you’ll do
Lead creative execution for Libra’s marketing output across digital and physical channels, ensuring a consistent, premium brand presence
Design campaign assets end-to-end (concept → execution) for paid/social, web, email, partnerships, and product launches
Create email marketing designs and templates (newsletters, nurture sequences, announcements)
Develop print and event designs including brochures, flyers, pitch materials, roll-ups, merchandise, booth branding, signage, and presentations
Contribute to OOH and large-format designs (billboards, posters, transit ads), including production-ready layouts and handover files
Ensure strong art direction and visual storytelling
Evolve and maintain Libra’s brand identity and design system for marketing: templates, guidelines, and scalable asset creation
Collaborate with performance marketing on high-converting ad creatives, constantly testing variations and iterating based on insights
Work closely with external partners (freelancers, printers, production vendors) and manage files for seamless execution and delivery
What you‘ll bring
4+ years of experience in graphic design / brand design
A strong portfolio (website or PDF) showcasing campaign work, marketing assets, and brand craft across digital + print
Proven experience designing marketing and sales enablement materials, including multi-format campaign systems
Confidence in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); motion skills are a plus
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Performance Marketing, and Leadership
Fluent in English; German is a plus
What we offer
Permanent employment from day one
Remote work & flexibility: Work remotely up to 3 days per week (home office) (= 8 days a month in the office) with flexible working hours
Work abroad flexibly: Work from anywhere within the EU for up to 20 days within a twelve-month period
Rest & time off: 26 vacation days
Show your commitment: 1 additional day off per year for your volunteer work (Volunteer Day)
Support for development: E-learning via LinkedIn, online language training with goFluent, and other training and development opportunities
Modern on-site working: Attractive office in Berlin

Our Interview Practices
To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we kindly ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts. Our interview process is designed to assess your individual skills, experiences, and communication style. We value authenticity and want to ensure we’re getting to know you—not a digital assistant. To help maintain this integrity, we ask to remove virtual backgrounds and include in-person interviews in our hiring process. Please note that use of AI-generated responses or third-party support during interviews will be grounds for disqualification from the recruitment process.
Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.
