The DACH region is heading into a historic shift: within a few years, millions of skilled workers will leave the workforce. Ecommerce companies—already under pressure from global competitors—need to grow more efficiently with fewer resources.

AI isn't hype here. It's how smart businesses solve both challenges: automating operations where labor is missing while driving focused, measurable growth. We're building the go-to AI consultancy in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland that focuses on mid-market to Enterprise Ecommerce companies.

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you won't just be filling a pipeline—you'll be shaping how an entire industry responds to this demographic shift.

Tasks

**Key Responsibilities

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Lead the development of a scalable content engine (case studies, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, webinars) that consistently generates inbound leads and strengthens Xanevo’s market position.
  • Repurpose CEO-led content into multichannel formats to maximize visibility across PR, social, and partner platforms.
  • Ensure content is optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion, with measurable lead-generation outcomes.

Community & Partnerships

  • Build and manage strategic relationships with Ecommerce vendors, influencers, and communities to amplify content and events.
  • Establish active partnerships that become recurring channels for amplification and engagement.
  • Collaborate with external partners on joint initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns) that expand Xanevo’s reach in the DACH region.

Webinars & Events

  • Own the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars and digital events, ensuring high-quality experiences that attract ICP decision-makers.
  • Manage speaker curation, promotion, and structured follow-up to convert event participation into qualified leads.

PR & Media Outreach

  • Drive media visibility by securing placements in relevant Ecommerce and AI publications.
  • Pitch stories, manage thought-leadership contributions, and cultivate strong relationships with journalists and industry editors.

Performance & Reporting

  • Deliver qualified leads per month through consistent execution across channels.
    Track content engagement, partnership impact, and ROI across initiatives.
  • Regularly report progress to leadership, highlighting learnings and optimizations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Align campaigns with sales, consulting, and leadership priorities.Manage freelancers and agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Content Strategy & Repurposing – Ability to design and execute scalable content flywheels that amplify the CEO’s thought leadership in German & English.
  • Community & Partnership Development – Skilled at building meaningful, mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, influencers, and communities.
  • Webinar & Event Marketing – Expertise in planning, executing, and converting event-based marketing into qualified leads.
  • PR & Media Outreach – Strong pitching, storytelling, and media relationship-building to secure regular coverage.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management – Adept at managing freelancers, coordinating agencies, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.Industry Acumen (Ecommerce + AI) – Good understanding of the DACH Ecommerce landscape and the ability to credibly position AI solutions to diverse audiences.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Compensation

  • Base salary: €55,000–€65,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance bonus: Up to €5,000–€30,000 annually (based on performance)
  • Total potential: €60,000–€95,000

🌍 Work Setup

  • Hybrid office in Berlin with flexible remote options
  • Work from anywhere: 1-3 months per year globally

🏥 Health & Insurance (besides the compensation)

  • 600€/year healthcare budget for visual aid compensation (up to 200€ p.a.), dental prophylaxis coverage (up to 100€ p.a.), vaccines, alternative & naturopathic medicine, preventive measures (e.g. cancer screening).
  • Premium hospital treatment in case of accidents (All Costs covered).
  • Full occupational disability insurance (monthly Costs paid by us).
  • Corporate pension scheme, 1.200€ / year full employer coverage.

Hypothetical Breakdown of the Role

  • 50% Content, PR & Thought Leadership – Driving the content flywheel, CEO amplification, PR, and scalable content formats.
  • 30% Community & Events Execution – Building partnerships, running webinars, and executing events that generate leads and visibility.
  • 20% Stakeholder Management & Reporting – Aligning internal and external stakeholders, managing freelancers/partners, and ensuring measurable outcomes.
