Tasks
As a fast-growing AI company, we’re now looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale our inbound engine and fuel demand generation.
You’ll drive full-funnel growth, from awareness to pipeline. You'll plan and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns that attract and convert our ICP while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and CS.
Own inbound growth:
- Develop and execute Weflow’s growth strategy to drive qualified pipeline
- Own campaign performance from lead to SQL to closed won
- Experiment with new growth levers to identify and double down on inbound channels
Scale our ads:
- Plan and execute ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Google & Reddit
- Test and optimize messaging, CTAs, and creative for campaign performance.
Scale our content:
- Create & optimize LinkedIn content that builds awareness and demand.
- Build and expand on our library of existing RevOps & GTM content
- Ensure content resonates across personas, segments, and buyer journey stages
Operations & Analytics:
- Analyze & optimize funnel performance (from traffic to closed-won)
- Automate Marketing workflows (with AI) while keeping quality high
Requirements
- 5+ years B2B SaaS growth/marketing experience with proven inbound expertise
- Track record scaling LinkedIn, content, and paid acquisition that drive pipeline
- Excellent writing and eye for messaging, positioning, and conversion copy
- Experience managing or delegating to a team (in-house, freelance, or agency)
- Data-driven with strong analytical and funnel optimization skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments and scaling things from scratch
- Bonus: Experience in Sales Tech / RevOps SaaS
- Bonus: Technical experience with workflow automation tools (Make)
- Bonus: Technical experience with web development (Webflow)
