Senior Impact Advisor (various Specialization Areas)

The job profile is versatile but contains the following key tasks:

• Build up and manage a high-quality client and project portfolio in your area of expertise;
• Carry out consultancy assignments as a project manager or technical specialist;
• Develop the company’s knowledge base and conduct research in your area of expertise;
• Represent the company at conferences, roadshows or other business development events.

You are potentially the right candidate for us if the following applies to you:

• You have deep expertise and a substantial work experience as a manager or senior consultant in one of the following industries or area:
• Telecommunication, IT solution provider or Fintech company
• Digital financial services / payment solutions
• Credit scoring
• Financial and non-financial services for smallholder farmers
• Solar finance / renewable energy technologies
• You have a track record of delivering outstanding value to clients and producing out-of-the box ideas to help them succeed
• You combine excellent teamplay with the ability to get things done on your own
• You are a strong networker and communicator who is highly fluent in English (and ideally at least one other of the following languages: Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish or Chinese)
• You enjoy travelling and working with our clients wordwide (up to 50% of work time)
