HelloFresh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Atlassian Cloud Engineer to optimize our Atlassian tools and processes. You will be responsible for managing our Atlassian cloud instance, ensuring its performance, security, and scalability. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and implement solutions that improve efficiency and productivity.

The IT Services Team manages a robust portfolio of 100+ SaaS tools and applications, all the while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency are top of mind by making data driven decisions to support our long-term orientation.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and maintain our Atlassian cloud instance (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management), among others, monitoring performance and ensuring optimal cost-efficiency.
• Implement and enforce Atlassian best practices , standards and security.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex IT projects, adapting swiftly to evolving business needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs Deliver innovative, long-term and scalable solutions with scripting and solution design skills.
• Deliver exceptional customer support and technical expertiseStay on top of the latest Atlassian technologies, changes, trends and challenges.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience managing a large-scale Atlassian cloud instance
• Strong understanding of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
• Experience with Rest API integration and automation
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Groovy)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Atlassian Professional Certifications (ACP-120, organization administration) are a plus
