The role

The Enterprise UX practice at HelloFresh is a cross-functional team that brings physical and digital product and service experiences to life through strategic research, service design, prototyping, and storytelling. We are dedicated to transforming enterprise ways of working by applying structured methods like Definition Sprints, Service Blueprinting, and AS-IS and TO-BE mapping, creating meaningful & effective enterprise experiences to shape the future of HelloFresh’s Supply Chain.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will leverage your research and service design expertise to shape compelling visions for both product and process improvements. You will deeply investigate current ways of working, identifying key data archetypes, mapping AS-IS states, and collaboratively defining desired TO-BE workflows. Your insights will identify the most impactful opportunities for investment. You will closely collaborate with product, engineering, users and operational stakeholders to design, prototype, and validate scalable solutions aligned with our Enterprise Design System.

About the domain

The wider Food Systems Alliance owns technology that enables a lean and sustainable procurement process from Suppliers to HelloFresh facilities and improves customer experience with accurate ingredient data flow and optimal ingredient quality. Optimising cost of ingredients, providing customers with the freshest and best ingredients, and enabling buying decisions that reduce excess stock and other forms of inventory waste are just some of the focus areas for this alliance.

What you'll do

• Conduct and lead strategic Definition Sprints to uncover user needs, validate hypotheses, and collaboratively define clear next steps for design and development.
• Map current (AS-IS) enterprise processes and systems, identifying pain points and opportunities, then collaboratively design optimized (TO-BE) processes, particularly within the Food Systems alliance - the cluster that takes care of supply chain management topics within Hello Fresh..
• Partner and inspire other enterprise designers to excel in service design and prototyping, nurturing growth within the team.
• Deeply understand the user journeys and workflows of Recipe Developers, Menu Planners, and Buyers, building strong stakeholder relationships to advocate effectively for these users.
• Develop and align design concepts and prototypes with the Enterprise Design System to ensure scalability and consistency across enterprise tooling.
• Form collaborative partnerships with POs, engineers, and researchers, using influence to elevate UX solutions and challenge broader assumptions within internal product teams.
• Mentor and coach designers in creating user experiences demonstrating pride in craft, clarity, and effectiveness.
• Create UX/UI flows and experiences that elegantly address complex enterprise problems with delightful, user-centric solutions.
• Facilitate clear communication across teams, leveraging structured storytelling methods to amplify your impact.

What you'll bring

• 4+ years of product design experience, particularly within enterprise or B2B contexts.
• Proven track record in applying structured service design methodologies such as Definition Sprints, AS-IS/TO-BE mapping, and Service Blueprinting.
• Additional experience leading projects, mentoring, or directly managing design team members.
• A portfolio demonstrating impactful, user-centered enterprise experiences and a high level of craft.
• Expertise in visual design, interaction design, UX writing, and UI design.
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with relevant prototyping and service design tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
