We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in early-stage design, shaping new concepts, and turning fuzzy ideas into real, testable products, including AI-powered and intelligent experiences. This is not a production-only role. It is about shaping product direction through design.
What You Will Do
Lead design from problem framing to shipped solution, including AI-driven and data-powered experiences
Turn early concepts, hypotheses, and opportunities into flows, interaction models, and prototypes
Design interactions for AI features such as automation, recommendations, and intelligent assistance, with a strong focus on clarity, control, and trust
Explore multiple solution directions before converging
Design for end-to-end journeys, not just isolated screens
Create fast, high-quality prototypes to test ideas and align teams, including prototyping AI behaviors and concepts
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape scope, challenge assumptions, and improve product strategy
Contribute to and evolve Doodle’s design system and experience principles
Maintain a high bar for craft, usability, and clarity
What You Bring
5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer working on complex digital products
Strong experience in 0-to-1 or major new initiatives
Proven experience designing AI-powered or data-driven product experiences
Strong understanding of how AI changes interaction patterns, user expectations, and mental models
Excellent interaction design and systems thinking skills
Strong visual and UX craft
High proficiency in prototyping across fidelities
Proven ability to move from ambiguity to clarity
Strong product sense and outcome-oriented thinking
Bonus
Experience with generative AI, copilots, recommendations, or automation-heavy products
Experience designing for complex workflows, platforms, or multi-stakeholder systems
Background in service design or systems design
Experience working in startup, scaleup, or innovation teams
