We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Operations Specialist to join the Growth team in Quick Commerce on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic bridge between our regional teams and the central product development organisation. You will be instrumental in ensuring our products are not only effectively developed but also successfully adopted to drive stellar business performance.
Your work will be a mix of managing impactful, cross-functional feature rollouts and providing critical business insights, with the ultimate goal of empowering our product teams to focus on what they do best: building world-class products that redefine how our Dmarts and Partners experience quick commerce.
Key Responsibilities
Product Operations Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for the Quick Commerce Growth Team for all product-related inquiries. You will aggregate, prioritise, and follow up on feature requests from commercial teams, challenging them where necessary to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
Rollout and Implementation Leadership: Drive and manage the full lifecycle of new features and product updates. This includes coordinating across various teams to ensure smooth and successful launches, from initial planning to final implementation.
Business Reporting & Insights: Support the measurement of product impact on key business performance indicators (KPIs) and own the delivery of regular and ad-hoc reporting to key stakeholders. You will maintain and provide oversight on all business reporting related to product performance and utilization.
Performance & Adoption Analysis: Analyse and report on how various countries and commercial teams are using our products. Your insights will be crucial in identifying opportunities to improve business performance and product adoption.
Product Team Enablement: Provide a critical feedback loop to the product team, enabling them to focus on core roadmap development and strategic feature creation without operational distractions.
3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role. Ideally within a B2B or commercial-focused environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
A data-driven mindset with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights, leveraging your expertise in tools like Tableau, BigQuery, and Looker to own business reporting and drive impact.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Experience in designing and implementing robust project management frameworks and collaboration mechanisms, including the ability to create and maintain go-to-market plans and rollout coordination documents to ensure flawless execution and transparent communication.
