Your challenge
We are looking for aSenior Product Owner (all genders)with strong industry experience in eMobility and a solid understanding of Plug & Charge and certificate-based authentication flows. Plug & Charge is a core component of Hubject’s platform, enabling secure and seamless authentication between vehicles, chargers and service providers.
In this role, you will own and advance the Plug & Charge product, focusing on secure platform evolution, technical excellence, and support for real-world implementations. You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture and cross-functional teams to further improve product capabilities, related PKI concepts and authentication flows.

Your Tasks
- Own and evolve the Plug & Charge product roadmap, with a focus on functional and technical product maturity.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture on Plug & Charge functionality, relevant PKI interactions, certificate lifecycle and authentication flows.
- Define product requirements for secure certificate handling, operational scenarios and future functional improvements.
- Lead product execution end-to-end with a delivery mindset, transforming strategy into backlog items, releases, and measurable product outcomes.
- Ensure operational readiness of Plug & Charge, including monitoring, incident handling, certificate lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of stability and SLAs.
Your Profile
Experience
- Senior product ownership in mobility, eMobility, automotive, energy, charging or connected infrastructure.
- Experience with at least two of the following:
- Plug & Charge
- PKI-related processes in applied environments, certificate lifecycle or authentication processes
- mobility, charging or infrastructure products
- You are a hands-on Product Owner first — with technical understanding and strong delivery capabilities.
- Strong understanding of how certificate-based flows work in practice (e.g. issuance, renewal, validation, contract certificates).
- Proven ownership of product delivery and roadmap execution.
- Team-oriented personality with the ability to drive decisions and alignment.
