We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager Corporate Development (d/f/m) with exceptional project management skills to drive high-impact initiatives in a dynamic environment while managing complex stakeholder relationships and ensuring flawless execution .
In this role you will drive and deliver top-tier cross-functional initiatives across strategic finance and corporate governance — from within the business. This is not a finance team role , but a business-side position with a mandate to align stakeholders, structure strategic projects, and execute on transformation goals at company level.
This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Charlottenburg, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office.
Your Mission & Responsibilities
Drive Cross-Functional Transformation
Lead strategic finance projects and enhance our structure as we continue to scale and explore growth opportunities.
Partner with stakeholders to develop concepts for internal controls, compliance, reporting, and systems integration aligned with regulatory standards.
Drive process improvement initiatives ensuring scalability and investor-grade compliance readiness
Act as a bridge between business and corporate functions (e.g. Finance, HR, IT, Legal) — aligning priorities, timelines, and expectations.
Strategic Execution & Program Management
Own the planning and delivery of initiatives that enable mobile.de to operate as a standalone-ready business
Structure projects, define objectives and KPIs, manage milestones, and ensure business impact.
Coordinate and manage work with external stakeholders, incl. financial advisors, investors, and regulatory bodies to guide through main processes to support successful outcomes.
Facilitate steering committees, track dependencies, and enable fast and informed decision-making.
Champion collaboration and transparency across all stakeholder groups.
What You Bring to Our Team
5-8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance, strategic program management or comparable roles.
Proven success in managing large-scale business transformation projects related to capital markets / investor relations, M&A, funding / equity financing , ideally in Post-Merger/Spin-off/JV, IPO contexts.
Experience with due diligence processes, regulatory compliance frameworks, and institutional / investor relations.
Strong background in developing financial processes and controls for scaling organizations.
A hands-on, solution-driven mindset – we get things done together!
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) .
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
