What You'll Do
Oversee complex railway infrastructure projects (new builds, upgrades, and expansions) across HOAI service phases 1–7
Ensure projects meet technical, financial, and scheduling goals, in line with relevant laws, standards, and guidelines
Lead multidisciplinary teams and act as the key liaison with clients and stakeholders
Represent project outcomes to clients and the public
Coordinate across different phases and disciplines to maintain project cohesion
Ensure planning documentation is thorough and quality standards are upheld
Support project acquisition and contribute to proposal development
What You Bring
A degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, railway transport engineering, or similar
Substantial experience managing railway infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of German regulations and frameworks, including HOAI, VOB, VV Bau, and VV Bau STE
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, iTWO, Jira, Lean practices, etc.)
Strategic mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication in both German and English
A collaborative attitude and ability to navigate complex project environments
