Join our Employee Engagement and Change team at the Helios Kliniken GmbH headquarters as Senior HR Project Manager Employee Survey (m/f/d) full-time/part-time based in Berlin as soon as possible.

Planning and conducting our annual survey of over 70,000 employees, including negotiations with the Group Works Council and other relevant bodies

Analyzing and interpreting the data to improve employee engagement

Supporting the development of measures to promote employee engagement

Advising management on topics such as corporate culture and employee retention

Presenting results and recommendations for action to our top management

Coordinating all project milestones, interfaces and dependencies in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders and reporting regularly to senior management

Successfully completed studies in economics, human resources management or similar

Extensive project management experience, ideally in a managerial role

Strong analytical skills and experience in data interpretation

Excellent communication and presentation skills round off your proactive and solution-oriented way of working

Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of employee surveys (and employee engagement) is desirable
