Your mission:
As a Rewards & Equity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing GetYourGuide's global compensation and equity programs. You will be responsible for analyzing market data, ensuring our reward structures are competitive and equitable, and supporting the evolution of our equity plans. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of compensation principles, and specific experience in equity plan design.
Your toolkit:
- Play a key role in the design and implementation of our global equity and rewards programs.
- Analyze the effectiveness of existing equity plans (incl. benchmarking and dilution calculations) and recommend modifications or new plan designs to align with company strategy and market best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to equity compensation.
- Develop and deliver clear communication materials to educate employees on our equity programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and People Operations, on various rewards-related projects.
What sets you apart:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation, including at least 2 years with a strong focus on equity compensation
- Proven experience in the design and implementation of equity compensation plans and good understanding of various equity compensation vehicles and plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely to various audiences.
