We are electrifying Europe’s two-wheelers. With our TÜV-certified conversion kit, any old 50–125 cc motorbike can be turned into a locally emission-free e-moped in under three hours – more sustainable, cheaper and more suitable for everyday use than any new model. Our vision: to electrify the 100 million mopeds worldwide instead of scrapping them. We have proven that the concept works – now we are looking for you to join us in scaling up.

We are looking for support for

Supply chain management:

• You will monitor our stock levels and ensure that everything is always in the right place at the right time through smart order management.
• You will create, place and track orders – and keep an eye on the current status at all times.
• You will coordinate cooperation with our most important suppliers and logistics partners and ensure smooth processes, nationally, internationally and across time zones.

Technical purchasing:

• You will be a sparring partner for our development department, evaluating implementation options in terms of technical risks and cost efficiency. You will understand 2D and 3D technical drawings as well as circuit board designs.
• You will continuously search for and evaluate suppliers and develop them into reliable partners.

Data & processes:

• You will question your gut feeling and make decisions based on data analysis.
• From order processing to master data maintenance: you will optimise and automate processes with the latest (AI) tools and software solutions.

You are a good fit for us if you

• have 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management or similar
• are enthusiastic about complex systems and have experience with Excel / Google Sheets / Zapier / n8n
• have an affinity for numbers and are comfortable working in English on a daily basis
• have outstanding theoretical abstraction skills, but are also a hands-on person in practice
• are able and willing to quickly familiarise yourself with topics outside your field of expertise: Whether as a test driver, in customer or supplier contact, openness to cross-functional topics is a prerequisite
• German language: C1, C2 or native speaker, English C1, C2 or native speaker
