Join our support team in Berlin . As a Senior Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers and partners when it comes to implementing and using imc’s measurement solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales team and international network of partner , contributing your experience to complex technical challenges.

We’ll provide comprehensive training , so you feel confident with our products. After that, you’ll take on customer inquiries independently, find solutions , and share feedback with our development teams – helping us make our products even better.

You’ll also create small, customized solutions using our software tools imc STUDIO and FAMOS .

Once you’ve settled in, you’ll have the option to work from home .

Location: Berlin | Department: Support Team

Your tasks:

• Lead and support customers and partners via email , phone , remote sessions , or on-site visits , especially in complex or high-impact projects
• Design and develop advanced examples and application scenarios for our measurement data acquisition and analysis software, supporting both customers and the sales team strategically
• Master our wide range of data loggers , amplifiers and telemetry systems
• Act as a technical mentor for junior colleagues
• Analyze, reproduce, and document issues to help our development team improve our software
• Resolve licensing questions related to imc STUDIO and FAMOS and help customers

Your profile:

• You have a university degree and professional experience in informatics, electrical engineering, physics, measurement technology , or a similar field.
• You know the basics of Windows administration and IT networks
• You speak excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) and are comfortable using both in emails and calls.
• You can explain complex topics in a clear and simple way.
• Knowledge of control engineering and automation technology is a plus.
• Some experience with a programming language (e.g., Python or C# ) is helpful but not required.
• You like to work globally – travel to our customers and offices in Germany and worldwide
