Tesla is seeking a Senior Talent Mobility Partner – EMEA to join its in-house Talent mobility program. As a Senior Talent Mobility Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global workforce and ensuring a smooth transition for Tesla employees and candidates relocating globally. The Senior Talent Mobility Partner will play a key part in designing and implementing Tesla's talent mobility programs and providing excellent client facing support. This individual must have the ability to juggle multiple tasks, handle sensitive information, make sound business decisions, influence business leaders, manage details, and deliver results company-wide where needed.

• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and Finance to drive strategic alignment of mobility tax processes with business objectives by identifying compliance risks and recommending process improvements
• Act as primary point of contact for EMEA international assignment tax matters, coordinating with Talent mobility teams in North America and APAC
• Partner with tax vendors to ensure accurate initiation and delivery of mobility tax services, including compliance tracking, and employee engagement
• Oversee global shadow payroll processes, year-end reporting, and ensure mobility related benefits are correctly captured in payroll
• Support international cross border travel compliance, maintain secondment agreements, and respond to mobility tax-related queries from employees and stakeholders
• Monitor vendor performance through SLAs and KPIs and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and tax program effectiveness
• Aligns conduct in performing all job duties and functions with human resources leadership goals and objectives, exercising good judgment in all interactions with company employees

Was mitzubringen ist

• Relevant experience in a multinational corporate environment, ideally in an international consulting firm or an in-house global mobility tax role
• Previous experience with accounting, payroll reporting, or international tax compliance is required
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with business level fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
• Evidence of sound judgement, discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
