We are now looking for a Senior UX/UI Product Designer to take full ownership of our design function.

This role is not just about creating beautiful interfaces—it’s about building and scaling a systematic design foundation that enables Bloom to grow fast, consistently, and with a strong product identity.

• Develop low-fidelity UX-wireframes and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Create and refine user-friendly high-fidelity visual UI designs in Figma, ensuring a smooth hand-off to engineering
• Conduct product discovery and qualitative research in close collaboration with product, engineering, and other business stakeholders to understand our users, their needs, and pain points.
• Create prototypes for user testing and Sales demos.
• Establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards (including Figma design systems) based on existing definitions.
• Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Support marketing efforts with the creation of visual content and campaign materials.
• Provide guidance to external design resources, ensuring a consistent brand and visual identity.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

• While relevant experience matters more than your degree, formal education in interaction, interface, or information design is a plus.
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a product company.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, UX principles, and usability testing.
• Extensive experience in creating both desktop and mobile user experience and user interface.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, including best practices for maintaining design systems such as auto layouts.
• Proficient in conducting qualitative research and product discovery.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Product) in an agile environment.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and an engaging, enthusiastic demeanor as well as the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Previous experience in an (early stage) startup environment is a advantage.
• Fluent in English (C1 level), German proficiency is beneficial.
