We are assisting our client, a global technology service provider, in finding motivated individuals for the role of social media content moderator (m/f/x).
Your task
- Evaluate content based on our client's guidelines and policies
- Reviewing user-made reports that flag offensive postings
- Back office (non-voice) support
- Ensuring a quality experience for all users according to our client's terms of service
Ihr Profile
- Fluent business language skills in the languages English (C1-level) and Dutch (Language skills at native speaker level )
- Ability to work in flexible shifts 24/7
- Being a team player and willing to work in an international team
- High awareness of the cultural and political situation in the market/region you will be supporting
