The company is looking for a talented and driven Software Engineer to join the core engineering team:
Tasks:
Tasks:
- Expand and improve the company's cutting-edge communication and process automation platform in both backend and frontend
- Expand a no-downtime, infinitely scalable stack, delivering robust solutions that handle millions of interactions

Take full ownership of projects - from proposal and architecture to shipping and maintaining vital components
Must-have:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript, or Rust
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres or similar) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Prisma)
- Solid understanding of scalable, high-availability, no-downtime systems
Nice-to-have:
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) and Kubernetes
- Previous involvement in early-stage startups or fast-scaling products
