Team Mission:

At GetYourGuide, our Supplier Connectivity team is on a mission to empower scalable inventory growth and create a seamless customer experience for connected products.

You will:

• Work in a cross-functional mission team with full-stack engineers, app engineers, designers and analysts
• Help to enable your mission team to iterate fast and learn about our customers by designing, launching and iterating on A/B experiments
• Continuously improve our code base, systems and processes
• Design and develop efficient solutions that can continue to scale
• Work as a Full-Stack Engineer with Vue.js, Node.js, TypeScript, SASS, Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL, Kafka, Kubernetes.

Who you are:

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in web application development using component-based frameworks.
• High proficiency in TypeScript, Vue.js, Java (SpringBoot), Kafka, and GraphQL.
• Experience designing architecture and deployment of web applications and services.
• Experience with writing tests.
• Ability to turn ideas into fast, reliable and maintainable code.
• Positive, proactive team player who is passionate about their craft.
• Customer-centric prioritization and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

What sets you apart:

• Backend experience in Java.
• Working closely with the product manager, designer.
• Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis building and event-based analytics.
• Prior experience working in the e-commerce space.
• Prior experience in start-up environments.
