As our Sourcing Agent, you ensure that the right products are available at the right time, in the right quality, and at the best possible conditions. You bring structure, ownership, and reliability to a role that directly impacts our events and our growth.

Tasks

• Own and manage the end-to-end sourcing and procurement process
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable supplier partnerships
• Lead quotation processes, compare offers, and negotiate competitive conditions
• Ensure smooth order execution, production tracking, and on-time delivery
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve supplier or delivery issues

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing / procurement / purchasing, including supplier communication and negotiations
• Strong ownership mindset with a structured, detail-oriented way of working
• Solid understanding of product specifications, quality standards, and cost structures
• Very good English skills; German and/or Chinese are a plus
