Your area of responsibility
As a safety specialist (m/f/d) you will support the management in occupational safety, health protection, accident prevention and in all matters relating to the humane design of work for our locations in Berlin and Brandenburg.
You will be responsible for the safety-related support of demanding projects in the field of energy supply.
For all occupational safety matters, you are the competent contact person during the planning phase, implementation and commissioning.
You are responsible for the conceptual development of occupational safety standards as well as the establishment and further development of occupational safety processes.
You will create or update meaningful risk assessments and operating instructions.
You organize and conduct training courses and support internal and external project stakeholders regarding occupational safety issues.
You regularly conduct inspections at our project construction sites and in the energy centers, identify potential risks early on, and ensure that all safety standards are met.
You will assist in the accident investigation and reporting.

your qualification
You have a completed degree as an engineer, technician, or master craftsman, as well as recognized training as an occupational safety specialist (m/f/d), e.g., at the BG.
Additional qualification as a safety and health protection coordinator (m/f/d) (SiGeKo) according to the Construction Site Ordinance is desirable.
You have already gained professional experience in the safety engineering support of construction projects.
Thanks to your analytical and conceptual strengths, you quickly grasp even complex situations and impress with your communication skills and assertiveness.
You value teamwork as well as independent and structured work, and you possess the ability to think systemically and in a business-oriented manner.
Your high level of commitment, a Class B driver's license, and willingness to occasionally visit our supra-regional locations complete your profile.
